1994-present:  Applied Weather Associates - President / Chief Meteorologist.  Hydrometeorology studies, including Probable

Maximum Precipitation determinations for safety of dams.  Member, Bureau of Reclamation Risk Assessment Committee for Dam Safety.  Member, Association of State Dam Safety Officials Advisory Committee.  University of Colorado - member, honorarium faculty:  teaches meteorology.

1990-1994:  North American Weather Consultants - Chief Scientist.  Atmospheric dispersion; weather modification, including

project manager for cloud seeding project in Greece.  Part-time faculty member, meteorology, University of Utah.

1987-1990:  Colorado State University, Geosciences Center - Research Coordinator.  Hydrology, quantitative precipitation

forecasting.  METSTAT - senior research scientist:  meteorological satellite design and cloud analysis.

1966-1987:  U.S. Air Force - Weather Officer, from Lt. to LtCol.  Specialized in clouds:  Sponsor and Principal Investigator of

CLOUDS experiment; co-founded Clouds Program.  Flew typhoon reconnaissance, including 19 typhoon penetrations.  Pioneered environmental support for geophysics and aerospace systems programs.  Received numerous awards, including Distinguished Flying Cross, DOD and AF Meritorious Service Awards, and AF Commendation Award.

2009-present:  Environmental Science & Energy, Inc. - President, CEO, and Principal Scientist:  Development of local wind, solar, hydroelectric, and wave/tidal energy for individual homes, farms, schools, and businesses.  Facilitation of repair, reconstruction, or replacement of dams, spillways, levees, bridges, highways, public works infrastructure, beaches, harbors, marinas, lagoons, wetlands, and coral reefs.  Construction defects analysis and seismic and landslide hazard analysis.  Environmental planning, water resources conservation, and water reclamation.

2004-present:  Associated Science Experts, LLC -  Principal Scientist:  Forensic meteorology and expert testimony.  Research

    education, and public lectures offered, including The Visiting Science Professor program.
